Hello,
I have not been here for a while so I have probably missed many things that I should have seen including the new webpage.
I am currently having a problem with my cPanel, according to it I dont have any FTP accounts operational, however there are 4, two that I have checked are still operational. However I now cannot change the passwords, delete or modify them in anyway. There are many listed there including approx 7 'eagle_log' but every single listing is classified as Main Account.
I would have posted this in the usual paid support board but that is not appearing for me anymore.

I would just like to say I found the new location where issues are to be placed and the ticket is currently being looked at, thanks.
