i do see you only have 1 account, but staff will still need to check this this.
id suggest using the discord service for faster support.
it may take a while for x10 staff to see your post in the free forums.

im not seeing any blocks from my end.
your registered website works ok.
(delete any cookies/temp files and try again)

Did you follow the link in the message and post a request where you were asked to? That would be the only way to get it reviewed.

@spacresx you would not see anything about two accounts on a look up, it would rather be that the system has detected that two, or more, account logins originate from the same location, which sometimes are false positives but still needs to be reviewed manually.

thanks for explaining that Anna, i have seen a few like this post where i only saw 1 account.
and the users were certain that they only had 1 account but still got the multiple account message.
