I split your post into a new thread because your issue is actually different.
What happened is in 2015, Prime Membership was no longer offered, and any accounts that were Prime, would have expired. But, x10 did allow these accounts to stay on the Prime server, even after expiration. If you were billed for Prime after 2015, please let us know (but don't post any detail unless asked).
When the (ex) Prime accounts were brought into DirectAdmin, they weren't treated specially since Prime was no longer available, so Prime users ended up not logging in as is required by all free users, so those accounts were suspended and then purged. But, for this reason, x10 made backups and an admin can restore your files.
I'm flagging this post for admin review.
