support can help users faster if they each created their own thread.
because they dont always check a post after a lot of other users reply.
and all replies may not all be for the same reason.

@ secunda5,
you might need to start your own thread to get staff to see your request.

Hi all. I've not been able to access the account for a few days.
I click "Open cPanel" which brings me to this "retry" page,
which then recycles to the cPanel page again..

I get the following message whenever I login and choose to open the panel. The cycle repeats when I hit retry.

Hello.

I cannot access my direct admin account from x10hosting.com thru the forwarding and my password for direct admin no longer works.

Also collierlee.accessportal@gmail.com is now collierlee.work@gmail.com due to mitigation.

Can you manually fix and reset my direct admin password for x11.x10hosting.com:2222

And repair and troublshoot my login to x10hosting.com.

Thanks in advanced.

Sincerely,
Collier James Lee

I've replicated the problem. The normal process of clearing your cache seems not to work this time. DirectAdmin and services are all working, so this appears to just be a sign on issue.

I contacted the admin team for help. Please subscribe to this thread for updates.

I'm waiting for confirmation from the admin team, but it looks like everything is working. Please clear your cookies and internet cache and try logging in again. Please report any issues here.
