Was I suspended? How do I get reinstated?

This is what the page displays when I click on "Open Cpanel"
Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.

Also the main domain that I had to register during account creation displays this:
Apache is functioning normally

Your last login before being suspended was a year ago in November, 2019. Your account would have been suspended at the beginning of the year. You're 330 days past your 30 day login requirement.

Please read and understand this post, which is at the top of this forum: https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/apache-is-functioning-normally.208159/

Requesting admin assistance.
If it isn't possible to restore my account, can it at least be reset so I can start again

Due to the automated suspension/terminations being halted we did run a manual purge in early March (it was started the 4th) and since your account did not have any logins the the 60 days prior to the purge it was terminated as inactive.

Due to there being no warning emails as those are part of the automated, currently halted, system we said we'd this time allow for a restore if requested within reasonable time.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday March 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account.
I'm running the restore now and will post back when all is sorted properly.

Ps. Had there been no backups available due to the long time since it was initially said to be cutoff, you'd have had to await signups being accepted again. The only reason the link to access backend is there for you still is due to the panel login not being cleared of the deleted accounts so restores would be as easy as possible.

Restore should now be done, can you please check that everything is working as expected?

Thanks a lot for the restore. I can confirm that everything is back except for the subdomain I'd linked

What was the subdomain? Have you tried re-adding it in the new interface?

it was alibagholidayhome.cf
I'd set up Wordpress and everything on it. I can add it again, sure. I'll have to try and restore an old backup

Try deleting it from DirectAdmin domains or pointers (if it exists) and then add it to domains (if you want it to be a totally different site than your other site) or pointers (if you want it to be a mirror image of your other site)

I can confirm that the nameservers are set up correctly. I've tried to add the domain via Cpanel and I keep getting this error: upload_2020-12-12_14-5-4.png

not sure if this will resolve the problem,
but try unchecking the "secure SSL"
free accounts do not include free ssl.

If it already exists, then it has to be removed before you can add it again. That IP address does not look familiar to me. x10 has a huge number of IP addresses in that range, so it's an x10 server, but I have no idea which one. Did you have any other x10 service at any time?

While I don't know exactly what server that corresponds to, I do know the cause of it, so I'll look into getting it resolved.

The reason is the domain wasn't successfully removed from the name servers during the initial deletion, we've ran into a couple of them before, it is a quick fix for the folks with the right access. I'll post back when I have confirmation it has been dealt with.

The domain issue should now be sorted and you should be able to add it to your account again.
