Try to clear your cache and DNS cache first.

If that doesn't work, see if you can you log in to https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222 . This may be an error with the redirect and not your account. At least, if that works, then you can temporarily log in until it's resolved.

Clearing cache and DNS cache did not resolve the issue, I tried to log into using the link but it would not accept my x10hosting UN/PW nor what I use using previously with cpanel before the transition to DirectAdmin.

There is a requirement to log in at least once every 30 days to keep a free hosting account active. Relying on an email as the sole reminder is not advised.

During end of first week in March, as part of our maintenance that was announced in mid December, we purged all accounts that had no login activity during the last 60 days prior, your account was well outside that 60 day mark and even more so outside of the 30 day requirement for free hosting. Prior to our purging you last logged into your account on December 19th.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, purge was started on the 4th or March, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday last (22nd).

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account, they'll be cleared out any day now (and I thought that they would have been already). I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.

You wouldn't be able to remove an IP block as it's at an admin level. I think you're actually blocked for using a VPN since your IP address is coming from a broad spectrum of countries in a very short amount of time. I'll ask for admin review.

Ahhhh, I got blocked by doing the first suggestion without a successful login, but I did try to use a proxy after the blacklist was added to no success, thank you for submitting the review.

Most proxies would also be blocked, to prevent bypassing certain rules (we can not provide service in all countries for various reasons).

A sudden change of country (common with proxies) would also cause a block on the account.

The most recent IP used for posting was blacklisted in DirectAdmin, I have removed the IP from blacklist, let me know if you need any additional assistance.
