An Error Has Occurred

I am getting this error every time I try to log in. The account name is nxus and the package type should be Advanced Ad-Supported.
This is a newly registered account.

EDIT: Just in case it is relevant; this account was not created by the automated system, but manually by Daniel S.

I tried, but it says that the username is already in use.

He PMed me to tell me he'd created it at 11:21 pm today, Eastern Time.

Well, I'm central time, and its only 7:06 PM, I'm sure Eastern isn't that far off.

Oh, right sorry, I put PM instead of AM.

For me, the datestamp on your post says 8:06 PM,
so for you, the account was created a little before 10:21 AM on September 4th.

Subdomain/Domain: (we do not provide you with a domain, but if you have one, you can use it here)

Default Site Language: (allowed are English, Spanish, or French)
If you agree to the Terms of Service place an x here ()

Please choose a new cPanel name so no problems will arise.

I did, and he PMed me, to tell me he had created a new account: "centroid" . Even after this, I am getting the same error. I would have replyed to his PM, but was uncretain whther that would have resulted in an infraction.

I linked your forum account to "centroid" it should now work.
