an error retrieving your account's hosting type

I've received "x10Hosting - Ad-Free Hosting Account Created!" mail. I tried to login to http://x10hosting.com/account to manage my account. However, I got the following error message.


An Error Has OccurredAlthough you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.
Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.


I also tried to login to cPanel, but failed..


Hosting type: Ad-Free
Username: drewneon.


Please help.

No account with the username drewneon exists. When was the last time you were able to access your account?

The "x10Hosting - Ad-Free Hosting Account Created!" mail reached my inbox at Saturday, October 27, 2007 12:21:10 AMAfter that I'm always able to login at http://x10hosting.com/account, but prompted the following message.


An Error Has OccurredAlthough you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend.
If you encounter any errors while using the account panel, please post on our forums.
For cPanel, I'm never able to login.


If no account with the username drewneon exists, how come I received the "x10Hosting - Ad-Free Hosting Account Created!" mail? The content of the mail is as below.

Password: ********
