Announcement at the top of forum home

Hi guys, any chance of having the latest announcement in the home page of the forums at the top, I think that would cut a lot of spam support threads when you do upgrades or the host goes down but is already known.

There is the status site at http://status.x10hosting.com/. All downtime is announced there. With the new system (currently being implemented), all of this will be more integrated.
