Another parked domain problem

Hello,
I've parked my domain name without the www., as cpanel says you cannot include the www., etc. But, when I type in the web-address, all inclusive.. i.e. www.domain.com, it does not redirect to my website.
Is there a code that could be included in the script, or is this a problem with the host?

I am sure the host is working fine, this is a Free-Hosting issue as an administrator will probably have to go into your account to check the status of the parked domain.
