Anti-Hacking Informative Forum

Hi!! Does hosting an anti-hacking forum which provides all security tips and techniques against most common hacker(cracker) attacks is allowed here in X10hosting?

There shall be no warez, cracks,patches and nulled scripts, and forum will remain absolutely within TOS of X10hosting also by not linking to any of site which teaches "how to".

Only information on how to protect and from what, nothing else...
Information on what the attack is, its effects and prevention methods will be posted. Like Ex. keyloggers.
We shall mention 1.what is keylogger. 2.Its effects. 3.Protection and security against keyloggers 4.Best security software(anti-spyware) and tools.
Even recovering hacked gmail account, protecting twitter account etc.
Best protection techniques and security software will be prescribed.

As long as you're not talking about key loggers specifically, and sending out links and names, you SHOULD be fine. But I don't know what the x10 people will think. It actually sounds quite informational.

Effects and Prevention methods are perfectly fine to post. Exact names (CyberGate), or download locations of Key loggers will result in abuse.

"Forum" implies you will allow others to post.

x10hosting's TOS say you are responsible for everything on your site. Everything. Links posted by someone else. Links in a poster's sig.

OK, no external links pointing to such things shall be posted. Awareness and protection from such things will be encouraged. Members posting, its very hard to get few members.

You are welcome to have a forum that stays within the guidelines of the ToS. Basically, with this sort of forum you just have to be extremely vigilant and have very active moderation to ensure that your members do not post links or files that breach x10hosting's Terms of Service.

What will be the categories? Means you intend to post only security tips and how to protect from attacks. Well this stuff is within TOS of x10hosting, but i don't know whether they will permit you to host such a forum. Ask the authorities.
Does you have that stuff hosted somewhere else or it will be a new forum ?
Better staff look into this matter.
