OK I was wondering if anyone had any fixes or workarounds for these problems:
1 - My work email is based on my domain, which appears to run through Starka. Is there any way of bypassing Starka or anything to get at my email other than switching to a new host? I really need it!
2- Is there any way of backing up files with FTP pretty much down. Filezilla won't connect, but my website is appearing online. Is there any way of getting all the website files and downloading them to my computer? I have already copied my database.
Any clues?
