Any good alternatives to AdSense

Does any one of you know any good alternatives to adsense for a site with around 30000 uniques a month?

But my experiance is not very gooood..........
they first pays after 3 months............

AdBrite is absolutely horrible. I used them once for a month, and I will never EVER go back to them or recommend them to anyone.
