Any recommendations for ECommerce packages?

Has any Forum user any experience of the software packages offered by Fantastico & Softaculous?

How easy are they to use, and what the support is like?

I want to sell up to perhaps 200 items in a few categories, with payment by PayPal, credit cards, or non digital means.

There is also Postage & Packing, which may be attached to products, or to all the items on a order.

Any guidance or experience will be greatly appreciated.

I have setup http://www.prestashop.com/ before.
I never got to finalizing the payment options before my boss cancelled the project, so I cannot say how well that works. But as far as inputing item, it does it pretty well.
