Any Server Issues

I am new to your service currently on the boru hosting server and I am unable to get to my site, FTP into it, or use CPanel. Not sure if it was something I did - everything was working when I left my computer, however I did leave CPanel open.

Try these
Use filezilla ftp client.
In this the following settings are to be used
host :ftp.hillbillyauctions.x10.mx
Logon type : account
user : raybeech@hillbillyauctions.x10.mx
password : type your password in the filezilla
Account : type any name

Then try logging in.
This should work if boru is fine.

When I said I was unable to get to the site, I neglicted to tell you that it was via http://. Sorry was a tad tired. Also in CPanel I received an error stating I was unable to connect to it at all. After reading my ticket it was a little misleading and vague... Sorry. However it seems to be working fine now.
