any way to get my account reset?

Hi all,
since all the recent updates ive had problems with mysql, I cant access phpmyadmin, i cant create new databases when trying to install anything using the auto installers...

is there any way I can get my account reset so I can access these, I am about to remove all the DBs and sites via the CP but I can see that im still going to have problems when trying to create new sites etc...

Your server, Lotus, is having a problem with mySQL at the moment.
The Admins have been alerted and they should be working on correcting it.

The only advice I can offer at the moment is to be patient.

oh hey thnx man,

I thought id maybe screwed something up cos I wasnt even getting the option to put in a username + password, it just kept comming up incorrect username and password....

phew thank god for backups :wink:
