Anyone else having trouble?

I submitted a support ticket but thought i would ask around.
I just registered the other day and i cant access my website or cpanel.
I think it may be a problem with the server newabsolut.x10
can anybody else with their website on this server view their website or cpanel?

hi Mike,
Many people have been having trouble on all servers, this will be fixed when the new x10 site is applied unfortunally at the moment they have been fixing a cpanel bug and changing scripts so that the new site will be fitted smoothly in place, you will be able to access your cpanle very soon i expect, if not i would recommend to PM an admin or change the priorty of your ticket,

But I have been having this exact same problem for over a month now. I always log in within 2 weeks and participate on the forums...now my site is no longer available ( probably due to inactivity due to not being able to access it?).
And I cant even make a new one because " you already have site, use it"

this problem has been happening to everyone for a month or more.
just wait until they release the new site.

Oh well i was hoping of releasing my gaming server with a Christmas event.
