anyone help me with my radio station widget ?

plays good on a computer but no sound on my smart phone, the widget works ok but no sound on the phone any ideas? why it dont play. my web page is

For the starter, you could investigate why the MP3 files are getting 403'd. (Try visiting their URI's directly.)

403 is a web server response code relating to permissions (file/folder permissions, permission denied), just like 404 is a response code for when a document cannot be found.
