Is there a non-administrative action that can be done to prevent duplicate tables on a reistallation of sfm forum?

Basically what happened was I had had messed up using a mod that messed up my forum...so I deleted all files and deleted my sql db.

Now no matter if I use a new one or keep the old one and use a new one I keep getting double entries for mods like the sfm store. When I goto items it gives me double of all items.

SO I deleted the duplicate tables so that was fine...BUT I still get a bunch of sql errors for other mods that also need the db. NO the store mod has nothing to do with it as I have had all these mods working error free on my first install.

I need a way to FULLY remove the db not just on my end but in the system to prevent double tables. Thats the only option I can come up with.

Anyone else have a better idea?

Have you tried deleting the database in cPanel then re-creating it, that should clear them all out.

LOL I guess no one actually read my post! I DID do all of that! I even deleted and made a new one with a different table prefix and everything.
Thanks for your response though :)
Edit:
Ok its obvious to me that even though you ....

-delete your sql db
-make a new prefix
-reinstall script

that cpanel doenst actually delete the old tables.

A Admin/mod can close this topic as I have solved this by deleting my old account and started a new one and now it works fine...thanks!
