Apache 203 Error - Help

Uhm I'm receiving an apache error 203 when i try to access my site at ugnayan.x10hosting.com. Why is this. I read an earlier thread (closed now) that the "domain" was set wrong??? Uh, how did this happen? I was trying to edit the site; could I have done something stupid? What can I do to "set the domain" right. Earlier thread discussion was resolved by an administrator fixing this.

Thanks to all in advance... Info here helps a non-techie and newbie to web hosting...

Check the CHMOD of the "public_html" folder and set it to 750.
