Apache access log

Hi,
a spammer has post a lot of comment with porn link flooding my blog.
Now i've contact the abuse team of that network but they need the apache logs to continue the investigation.

Under
Raw Access Log i do not have any log and if i dowload the logs of today the file is 0k.

The Spammer ip address is :
188.72.199.25

the las spam comment was Submitted on 2010/03/17 at 2:47am

I will bring this issue ASAP to an administrator. However, you are normally supposed to have access to them.
