Apache HTTP - Offline

Hi,

I'm hosted on server Cossacks.x10 and it reports that the Apache HTTP is offline. Also, I cannot access my CPanel, is this related to the Apache HTTP being offline?

I can access my homepage though...

Thank you for bringing the Apache HTTP online again. On the CPanel issue, my mistake, the port is blocked by the company firewall.
