it says my apache http is off line any ideas anyone

and does that mean no one can connect to my site

Yeah, by the looks of it, the server isn't going to well, just be patient and the x10 staff will have it rebooted and running asap. Hopefully it will fix itself, but like i said, i'm sure the staff already know about it.

It is only normal the apache will be back soon. try refreshing your account management.

It was back up quite a long time ago, so you should have no troubles connecting now.
