Resolved 'Apache is functioning normally' and control panel issues

Hi All

I'm receiving above message and looking at other thread this will be due to not accessing the control panel every 30 days.

Can you please help me to restore access to my account?

I do have a full backup.

I'm looking into this. The restore package was not readily available on the server that I have access to, but I have notified admin that can access them.
