Resolved "Apache is functioning normally" Is my account suspended?

Hello! When I try to access my site, all I get is "Apache is functioning normally". I can't access CPANEL and there is no indication that the account is suspended. I didn't receive an e-mail telling me to log in. What can be done about this?

I would send a direct e-mail, but there is no way to do this from my login launch page.

All I see, when I log in (based on your instructions) is the attached image. I can't get to my control panel or do anything. Is there any way to restore my site? I didn't realize I hadn't logged in in 30 days. I'm assuming it's that or the cPanel migration went wrong.

There is a requirement to log in at least once every 30 days to keep a free hosting account active. Relying on an email as the sole reminder is not adviced.

Two weeks ago, as part of our maintenance that was announced in mid December, we purged all accounts that had no login activity during the last 60 days prior, your account was well outside that 60 day mark and even more so outside of the 30 day requirement for free hosting. Prior to our purging you last logged into your account on December 2nd.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, purge was started on the 4th or March, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Thursday last week, though we extended it a little bit extra.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account. I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.

Thank you for doing this. I didn't realize that it has been so long. Is there an ETA on restoration? Does it take 24 hours? It's been more than an hour since your reply so I wanted to check.

The restore was probably done by the time I finished posting, normally it takes about 5 minutes tops, which is why I posted that it should be good to go in a few minutes in my initial post.

Are you seeing anything not working?

We are a non-profit summer camp for kids and we use the site as a portal for both training of adults and registration for participants. I will put a reminder in my phone on the 1st of every month to make sure I log in!

remember that some months are 31 days, the requirement is every 30 days. I'd suggest making the reminder for biweekly or every 3rd week just in case.
