Hi!
I'm having the "Apache is functioning normally" problem on my domain thehigherkeys.com. I wasn't aware of the 30-day sign-in requirement, and I was having trouble accessing my account for some time because it was registered with an email that I don't use anymore. I'll make sure to sign in more than once a month from now on.
I'm also having the problem that prevents me from accessing cPanel, where logging in results in the page: "Sign in Successful / Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account. / An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry."
Please help me restore my account!

Your account should now be restored.

The sign in error is due to the account being purged as no logins were done in the last 60 days (or well the last 60 days prior to us purging last week). I can see that you at some point bought the prime upgrade, that plan has not been in use for a long time, but it is possible it has been somewhat active for your account preventing you from being suspended for not logging in.

We're implementing a new backend as part of the maintenance, but last testing before launch showed there were some bugs that had to be dealt with before it could be put live, with the new backend I hope it will be made possible to change email address for the account as well as making sure all plans are reflected properly

Thank you for your help! I'm able to use the "open cPanel" button again, and I can access the DirectAdmin control panel.
Do you have an estimated date of when the backend implementation will be done so that I can switch the email address?

It should have been implemented this week (though it may be with a limited feature set initially), unfortunately I have not had any new eta for when the final bugs would be sorted so it can be implemented. I hope to get some news later today.
