Apache is functioning normally

Hi, ever since the migration happened, my site waynezneo.com has the issue of "Apache is functioning normally". And I get an Error 404 when trying to go into wp-login.php

I tried some of the solutions suggested in the forums but to no avail

1) Editing the .htaccess file and removing any https redirect
2) Following the instructions in https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/#edit-wp-config-php to change the site url

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Are you using cloudflare to have your site use HTTPS?
