As with many users on the forum, I got notified recently of this error on my site. When attempting to access my site control panel I get the "Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account. An error has occurred forwarding your sign in." message.
My understanding is that accounts that weren't logged into for over 60 days were purged. Neglecting to login is absolutely my bad. I had previously relied on the email reminder and other priorities distracted me.
But as far as I'm aware the site was only purged within the last week, which as I understand it means that I can get it restored. How do I go about that?
