Like many others, my account has been suspended. Normally I use the emails as reminders to log in. Please could you unsuspend my account?

Your last login was in January and the inactivity period is 30 days. You know what's going on, but here's the long version I've been giving everyone.

Please be advised that your account was correctly deleted because it was suspended for inactivity after 30 days and then not re-activated. E-mail was not sent out about this occurrence, so as a courtesy your account will be restored this one time only. You must log in every 30 days when using x10Hosting free (but the other services do not have this restriction).

@Anna can you please see if this account is eligible for restoration for this one-time exception?

The account is not suspended, it is terminated.

We actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 60 days (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from when termination was made for these accounts.

However for your case I have to hand it over to head admin as there appears to be a slight issue with the restore package, he'll have to get it from a server I can not access. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from him and get it sorted.

Thank you. I realise it's bad habit to rely on the emails, especially since they have a bad habit of going to my spam folder.

My website is still showing "Apache is functioning normally" and I still can't get into the cPanel for my account.

Yeah, had a notice from head admin when I got up today that he had sorted it out.

Apologies for the delay.
