Resolved Apache is functioning normally

I was actually on prime membership at some point but that does not appear to be a thing anymore? Anyway I can no longer log into cPanel either. ftp still works though.

Yeah, prime upgrades haven't been a thing for a couple years I think. Though the automated system may still have you tagged as a prime member though eventhough I don't think you have been able to renew it. However that will likely change when the new backend comes live.

This latest purge was however done manually directly on the servers.
