Resolved Apache is functioning normally

Hello, when I try to access my site this is what I get. I couldn't access cPanel either... I have browsed the forums and I've seen requests for restoration threads similar to my problem. Is it possible to request for mine? Thank you!

It does look like the package is not currently on the server for me to access, a backup should still be available, just not where I can easily access it. I will ask kindly if the head admin can move it over for me though.

We are past the original grace period agreed on among staff (we are now on the two weeks mark though one week was our initial agreement).
