Hello,

Is there some other reason I would receive this error besides account inactivity?

I'm grateful to use x10hosting to keep my parents' small business website running. I started it ages ago and at some point had the opportunity to upgrade to a "prime" account which saved me from having to remember to log in each month since the only changes I really ever made were to their yearly schedule. I don't remember the details of that program and can't find anything for it now, so maybe it expired or my payment method expired (can't remember if I had to pay yearly or not). Since their in person and wholesale business is on hold we're of course trying to revamp their online business, which is how I discovered I could no longer access the account.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Prime membership was removed in about 2015. If you were billed for it past then, please let us know, but do not post anything in more detail.

Prime accounts were allowed to "stay prime" even though the plan was removed, not offered, and not billed since 2015, but in December, they were converted to regular accounts. Your account would have been purged since the no login requirement would have been lost.

I'm asking an admin to restore your account. You should see a response in a day or so.

The automated suspension system is halted during our maintenance, the log requirement has always been there however.

Due to this being halted we did run a manual purge in early March (it was started the 4th) and since your account did not have any logins the the 60 days prior to the purge it was terminated as inactive.

Due to there being no warning emails as those are part of the automated, currently halted, system we said we'd this time allow for a restore if requested within reasonable time.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday March 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account.
I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.
