HTTPS is not supported on free hosting anymore. You need to change your configuration for your website to use the same directory for HTTP and HTTPS. You can then use CloudFlare or a similar service to provide HTTPS. I can't see if there's an issue beyond that, but your account appears not to have lapsed.

How can i change the ssl setting of my x10 domain?

if your using a CMS you would have to change it in your CMS config. file.
(like in wordpress, joomla, drupal etc)
anything that uses ssl/https links needs to be changed to use http
and if you have anything in an .htaccess for https that also needs to be changed.

It could be if the HTTPS private_html setting is turned on. DA -> Domain Setup -> [Your domain name] -> private_html setting

Also, check your error log and see if it's an issue with .htaccess or etc.

The account looks like its in good standing, but an admin would have to check to be conclusive.
