Apache is working, wonderful... Now where is my site?

For the past week, when I tried to visit my website, it just shows me the "Cpanel installed successfully page." When I try to log in to the cpanel at lizhang.pcriot.com:2082, it says login attempt failed.
Where has my website gone?

Your problems are due to the server work going on. You will have to wait until all the server work is completed before everything can be returned to normalcy. Please read the News and Information section for more detail.
