Apache Says: On. Off. On. Off. On. Off.

I've been working on my site for a few hours, and I keep getting downtimes for several minutes, then it coming back up as if nothing happened.

I logged into x10hosting, and it said my Apache server was offline. It came back up after a while, but then it turned off again in about 30 minutes.

Why is this happening?:dunno:

The server's up and running right now. Probably Apache went down for a few minutes due to other people abusing it, we're constantly trying to catch this people, sorry for the inconvenience.
