I just want to say that apache doesn't really work properly since the message in my website said htaccess Path: This function requires Apache to work. staccess Path: This function requires Apache to work. ftaccess Path: Not Available Apache used to work great before.

They are not running Apache on the Free Servers. They are running LiteSpeed. Not all .htaccess functionality is available.

Um, no. Starka is most definitely not running Apache (although Apache may, indeed, be present). Try deliberately generating an uncaught 400- or 500-series error; the responder is LightSpeed.

The cPanel information sidebar is not the best source of information.
