Hello!

Newbie here; so be gentle!!!

I am not too sure why my account was suspended twice in a couple of days:

"pass the information below to any support staff if you're having difficulties with your account
your suspension reason code is A63529C6D672
your account's queue id code is: R07M2ZZZSCOW"
was the latest.

I am in the development phase of a forum coupled to a larger web-site which, when proven in concept and is, ergo, formally adopted by the user community, will likely result in a paid-for hosting service.

Unfortunately, on both occasions users have notified to come and 'trial' the forum element, they have been greeted with a suspended account message!:lockd:

Aaaarrrggghhhh!

Obviously I may be doing something wrong ... but I am genuinely not sure what! :stupid:

Consequently, I would like you to advise me, explicitly, what I specifically need to do in order to ensure this account is not 'randomly' suspended over the next few weeks. :bigok:

Many, MANY thanks for any advice you can give.

Cheers,

Steve E Crane.

Your account was suspended for inactivity of your forum account. Logging into your forum account at least once every month with prevent it from happening again.

Thanks for that ...

... however, I understand the initial reason why, what I fail to understand is that after logging in to my account, I subsequently find - the very next day - the account suspended again!

It is the second of the 2 events which has me perplexed! :dunno:

Cheers ...

The only thing I can advise with that last part is making sure you log in and browse a bit (just to make sure the backend registers the login), THEN request the unsuspension; if you do it the other way around, the inactivity system may run it's check before you login, and your last login'll be outside the 31 day window, so it'll put you in the suspension queue to be suspended when the system isn't bogged down with other things, thus resulting in you enduing up suspended the next day.

That seems to be what's causing it to happen to other people as well; unuspending, then browsing but it's already got you in the queue to be resuspended.

Posting here would count for that, Livewire ;)

Not meaning to sound condescending, but... do you mean 'the forums'? Logging in to cPanel or the x10hosting.com account management panel does not count, you must log in here. Don't have to post, just log in, check the news/announcements area, etc. You'd be surprised how many people get confused by this :)
