see my reply to one of your other posts at --> http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/185351-activate-account.html

I see you had a account here at x10hosting and you joined the forum on 11-05-2006

I see in your post on 09-10-2012 that your account was suspended

I see you own the domain [ pabolo.eu ] with has a DNS (Domain Name System) [ A ] record of [ 198.91.81.2 ] that is for x10hosting's free-hosting server [ Absolut ] and [ NS ] records of [ ns1.x10hosting.com ] and [ ns2.x10hosting.com ]

In short - NO

From "Terms of Service" (TOS)...
6. System Backups
Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. x10Hosting retains and offers backups to the customer but does not guarantee this service from failure. It is recommended all customers keep their own backups. Backups will not be provided to account holders who have been suspended for breaching the terms outlined on this page*.

8. Suspensions
If an account is suspended for a breach of the Terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account*. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended.

If you weren't keeping off-site backups yourself, there isn't much you can do. Your site, unfortunately, was not indexed by Archive.org's Wayback Machine (that's pretty typical for forums and other "ephemeral" sites), and your data and files would no longer be available here. You do still have your EU domain, which you can point to any hosting you can get if you wish to start over.

Keeping up with the policy changes was sort of your responsibility. (It was also one of the main reasons why users used to have to log into the forum here -- the hope was that they'd read the news and announcements, as well as the "useful information" and "service alerts". For users here, it's still a really, really good idea to log into the forums and read those sections for changes at least once every couple of weeks.) If you'd just maintained your account (assuming you were suspended/terminated for inactivity) it would still be going, and the fact that no new accounts can be created from Poland at the moment wouldn't matter to you. Losing the files/data for permanently suspended/terminated accounts has been part of the ToS here since I joined at least, even if other specifics of the ToS have changed (such as what constitutes "activity").

Did you file an appeal through the Account Portal?

I did so, but I do not know, whether it still makes sense to have a account (also on forum).... Now that Poland not there is on white-list :(

If you filed an appeal, they sometimes give you a short period of time where you have full access your account, to add English (or French or Spanish) translations of your site.

If you do that, you can keep your site.

Hello,

Thank you for submitting an appeal against the suspension imposed upon your x10Hosting free web hosting account. We have reviewed your account and the information included within your appeal. Unfortunately after careful consideration the information submitted with your appeal does not adequately justify removal of the suspension.

In accordance with the x10Hosting Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy agreed to upon registration the suspension will remain permanently. This decision is final.

At this time, data backups are not available as detailed in sections 6 and 8 of the x10Hosting Terms of Service.

Best regards,
The x10Hosting Abuse Team

I guess I was left with only delete your account and look for another free server...
