Appears to be no hosting with account BUT THERE IS

I was using my site (tombertalan.com) as usual this morning. I refreshed the page this evening, and got "Your Hosting Account is Suspended" http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/

When I log in at x10hosting.com/control, I get the "Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account." message.

I can't login to my Boru cPanel account or by FTP. It simply says "login attempt failed".

My forum username is edswooth, but (for some reason), my FTP/cPanel username is edgarswo. I used my email address to login to x10hosting.com/control, since neither of those usernames worked.

Is this related to that new CloudFare bull****? Is my account now broken? It would take me days to find a similarly spec'd free host, re-upload all my PHP and MySQL ****, recreate my DNS settings, and set up regular backups, and I don't want to have to go through all that yet again.

Oh, I forgot to mention, I get the awesomely unhelpful "Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (). Please visit our forums and read the news." when I try to do a support request through x10hosting.com/control, so that's why I'm putting this in the forum--the only thing I still seem to be able to access.

Also, please put a filter on your language. We're all volunteers, and while I can't always speak for the other advocates, paragons, and leaders, I certainly don't appreciate having a support ticket opened that has the submitter start cursing when it's completely unnecessary.

techairlines, could you clarify--is it inactivity of the site itself, or the forum account tsbertalan21? I guess I should get rid of the other one, once I'm sure what's (connected to)/(associated with) what, to make myself a little less confused.

If it's forum inactivity that was the problem, what exactly is required to prevent that? Just checking the news threads with my tsbertalan21 account every couple weeks or so?

Thanks for the unsuspend--I was in the middle of redirecting my domain to a wordpress placeholder when I realized the regular content was working again.

Livewire, you're right, of course. Sorry about that; I guess I got a little overexcited. x10 is an excellent free host, and I certainly wouldn't want to seem unappreciative.

It's inactivity of the forum account; only logging into the forums is required, but it's never a bad idea to check the news posts too, just in case anything important or awesome (CloudFlare!) would get posted
