Application Form

Hey I need someone to make an application form for my website. Just one that emails all the information to someones email address and stuff. I wont be paying so can someone please do this for free. I dont think its that hard.

Actually I will pay in credits. I dont have alot though.

In all honesty, no one would do this for that cheap/free.

I do have a form on my website where the user fills it in, then presses send and it emails the contents to my email. I can SHOW you WHERE I got it from so you can do it yourself - even try googling for PHP email script and find one of the many tutorials that are available.
I'm know expert in coding but it was even easy enough for me to understand and implement!

I'll do it for 390 credits if you pay me half now, then I'll get started, then half later when it's done and you're satisfied with the end result? It's not a hard task and I'll be able to do it in a couple of minutes; I'll keep the layout simple for you too so it's easy to edit.
