Applied for free hosting more than 2 hrs ago with no result

Hello,
I applied for free hosting more than 2 hrs. ago but my account panel still shows no hosting, and it's not possible to submit a support ticket.
I 1st registered to this forum then applied for an account from my account panel using the same email.
