Are Cooked Rom's Copyrighted?

I would like to add My cooked Rom's on my website but before I post it on my site I would like to know if they are Copyrighted? Thanks in advance.

Im a little confused. the TOS says no Rom but you answered my question by saying "no" which I take as they are not copyrighted. Sorry I sound stupid but I just want to be safe.
