Are Support Tickets not been answered?

I also noticed that the year indicated on any newly opened ticket is 2011. Maybe this is the reason? I also have not received replies to previous opened tickets.

yes you are right, noticed that the dates are not in sync. can't be possibly time difference because it's almost a year difference.
