And your point is? Even the highest speed internet connections have to connect through various points before you get here. A hiccup in the system can cause a slow down. You don't notice it until you are trying to do a big project.
Were you doing any other uploads / downloads at the time? Viewing videos or playing games?
Also, as it was mentioned. The server could of just had a high load happening around that time period, causing it to operate at a slower speed.
But to answer your initial question, no. Our servers are usually pretty fast. Any number of things could of caused the system to slow. We do apologize. Next time it happens ( if it does ) login to Cpanel and check the server status. Check to make sure you aren't uploading / downloading or playing any system intense game at the same time. Then post here in the forum when its happening so we have a better understanding of when / what is happening to try and resolve the issue.
