I just registered a new account here, and I'm having troubles viewing my website.
I can login to the cPanel and edit the index.html page, but when I go to view the website, it says there's a server error. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the server is down, I shouldn't be able to save files in the cPanel, right? I sent a support ticket in a good half hour ago, with no reply. So if somebody knows anything about the Starka servers, please reply. I would really like to start getting my website up and running sometime soon.
