Are we allowed access to Site Software?

Are we allowed access to Site Software from within cPanel?

I believe it has software to install forums onto mywebsite!?

At the moment I just get the message:

"Your admin has not created a cPAddons configuration yet. Please contact them and ask them to do so."

SiteSoftware / CpAddon is being discontinued by Cpanel. All software ( including Forums, Blogs, etc ) can be found in Fantastico.

This could of been found out by a simple forum search.

I did a search for "Site Software" and also for the message and neither returned results
