Are XBox 360 hacking tutorials allowed here?

Title says it all. Can I host an xbox 360 hacking forum here at x10? Wouldn't let me post in support, so the topic is here.

In the TOS under what is NOT allowed in server usage:

Warez: Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc... This also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
