I'dve said what'd be better is not breaking Visa and Mastercard regulations regarding the proper storage of credit card information.

Cause, you know, the CVV number? Not legal to store for any reason. CC Number? Legal to store if properly protected.

Having them in a text file called CC.txt isn't "properly protected." Especially not when mixed with a liberal helping of names, addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, expiration dates, and other personal information.

Consider your account permanently suspended for violating major US Security laws. Good day.

Per the TOS:

6. System Backups

Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. x10Hosting retains and offers backups to the customer but does not guarantee this service from failure. It is recommended all customers keep their own backups. Backups will not be provided to account holders who have been suspended for breaching the terms outlined on this page.

I've bolded the key part. You are responsible for all the content on your account; with a site name that includes "cyber hacking," I'm gunna quote yet another part of the same TOS you broke:

* Warez: Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc... This also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

Given that you had credit card #'s on there, I don't even want to know how many other sections of the terms were violated. Under the TOS you were responsible for all backups. If you didn't make any before, it's too late now.
