I think from wordpress 3.0 they combined both into one. Just you need to enable the multi-site you need to add this to wp-config.php

Open up wp-config.php and add this line above where it says /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */:

define('WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE', true);
