I hadn't touched my x10 account for several months and I was remembered I had it as a quick way to throw a web site up just recently.
When I logged in tonight it told me that I needed to link my login name to my cpanel username to access the ad-enhanced site control panel.
The problem with this is that I had originally signed up for the ad-free plan and had been using it fine for some time before.
It also tells me that my cPanel username (I'm fairly certain I remember it correctly) doesn't exist when I try to enter it.
Can anything be done to restore this account to a working state or should I just create a new one?
